This course introduces students to the common principles and practices associated with sustainable agri文化 from ecological, economical, 社会, and ethical perspectives.

Urban Agri文化 AG 352

This course provides an extensive overview of agri文化 and food security issues and practices at the local level in cities in the U.S. and abroad.

Agroecology AG 454

Agroecology is a three-hour course to understand agroecological concepts that incorporate ideas about a more environmentally and 社会ly sensitive approach to agri文化, one that focuses not only in production, but also in ecological sustainability of a production system.

Principles of Sustainability AG 464

Principles of Sustainability is a three-hour course designed to provide an overview of the 社会 and biological principles of sustainability. An emphasis will also be placed on understanding on the education, 健康, population dynamics, 文化, agri文化, food security, and natural resources aspects of sustainability.

Food Systems: Farm to Fork FDSC 421

This course will introduce students to the concept of food systems at the local, 区域, and global levels. 学生 will examine and reflect on critical issues influencing food production, processing, distribution, and consumption. Prerequisites: Junior standing.
